               To receive the ISSHA membership rate you must be a member or register as a member. Please includes your 
               membership fee in your registration and send it to 'HAG Services' (the Agent of Conference Administration)

           

               Remarks:

                1. For ISSHA Members and full Delegate, registration fee  includes attendance at all sessions, programme book,
                    lunches and coffee/tea break during the Conference periods and one electronic copy of Proceedings and all social 
                    programmes.

                2.For students registration fee  includes attendance at all sessions, programme book, coffee/tea breaks
                   during the Conference periods and all  social programmes.

                3. For Accompanying Persons Registration fee  includes coffee/tea breaks during the Conference periods and 
                   all social programmes.

                4. For Day Card Holders Registration fee s includes 1 lunch, 2 refreshments, programme book and one 
                    electronic copy of Proceedings.

               Other participants including students and accompanying persons, who would like to join the lunch will be 
               charged HK$350.00/lunch.

               Current exchange rate is fluctuated according to the Market. The following exchange rate is for reference only: 

               US$1.00 = HK$7.80   

               Euro$1.00 = HK$10.00

               All payments must be made in Hong Kong dollars and payable to HAG Services (Agent of the Conference

               Administration)    You can make your payment either by Money Order or by Telegraphic Transfer.

               Credit Cards are not acceptable. 

                    For Hong Kong Delegates, payment by cheque is acceptable.
                Oversea payment by cheque is not accepted.

             Send all payment including registration fee and membership fee by Money Order or through 
         telegraphic transfer to HAG Services (the Agent of Conference Administration) and send the payment slip with the 
        Conference Registration Form to Secretariat@hab2008.hk or Fax to +852-2789 1170

             Cancellations on/before 15th Sept. 2008 are subject to a 50% refund of registration fee. 
             Registration fee is forfeited for cancellations made after the above-mentioned date.
